Analog IC Designer

The successful candidate will participate in the following development activities:

Was Sie mitbringen


  • In-depth knowledge of the CMOS IC design process
  • Experience in analog CMOS IC design
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Teamplayer
  • Hands on experience in working with the Cadence design environment as well as spectre APS/XPS simulator
  • Good communication skills in oral and written English
  • Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Appointment, remuneration and social security benefits based on the public-sector collective wage agreement (TVöD).
Additionally Fraunhofer may grant performance-based variable remuneration components.
The position is initially limited for 2 years. However, a long-term cooperation is sought.
